MD German Festival
The 113th Annual Maryland German Festival July 27 & 28, 2013
Baltimore’s best kept secret is its German heritage, and it awaits you at Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Saturday & Sunday.
This year the festival remains indoors in the air conditioned Exhibition Building.
For entertainment will be local German bands, traditional folk dancing and choral singing.
There are imported and local crafts and collectables, and, for kids, wall climbing, puppet shows, face painting, arts & crafts.
Enjoy authentic German cooking, quench your thirst with imported or domestic beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages or schnapps; and for dessert have some German pastry or the usual fair confections.
Admission: adults $8, seniors and active military $6. Children under 12 with paying adult admitted free.
Sat 11:30am to 10pm, Sun 11:30am to 7pm.
