MD German Festival
The 115th Annual Maryland German Festival July 25 & 26, 2015
Baltimore’s best kept secret is its German heritage, and it awaits you at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Saturday & Sunday.
This year the festival remains indoors in the air conditioned Exhibition Hall.
Entertainment will be local German bands, traditional folk dancing and choral singing.
There are imported and local crafts and collectables, and, for kids, pony rides, puppet shows, face painting and princesses.
Enjoy authentic German cooking, quench your thirst with imported or domestic beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages or schnapps; and for dessert enjoy some German pastries or the usual fair confections.
Admission: adults $8, seniors and active military with ID $6. Children under 12 with paying adult admitted free.
